Andre Kudelski

An internationally regarded leader in the digital television industry, Andre Kudelski currently heads the Kudelski Group as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Commanding over two decades of leadership in these positions, Andre Kudelski leads a team of knowledgeable professionals in developing solutions that address security issues in digital television. In the 20 years since he took over the role of CEO and Chairman of the Board, Andre Kudelski has driven the company’s growth. In addition to fostering dozens of vital partnerships around the world, Mr. Kudelski has helped increase the company’s presence in the Asian market with the establishment of a new digital TV research and development center in Beijing.


Andre Kudelski’s professional background includes a number of leadership positions. He joined Kudelski Group in 1986 as a Product Manager for Pay TV and within the next few years had secured a position as Director of Nagravision, one of Kudelski Group’s flagship companies. After taking on the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for the Kudelski Group in 1991, Mr. Kudelski began to increase his presence in the industry, with memberships on a variety of directorial boards. To date, he has served as a board member for Dassault Systemes, the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce, HSBC Private Banking Holdings (Suisse) S.A., Nestle S.A., and Edipresse S.A.

Andre Kudelski graduated from Switzerland’s Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, where he studied physical engineering.
