Through the company’s two major residential developments, The Village of River Ranch and Sugar Mill Pond, Robert Gagnard has gained invaluable experience in food and beverage, health and wellness, hotel, and shopping center development. Both properties offer residents communities that contain various high-quality housing options. At Sugar Mill Pond, Robert Gagnard wanted to provide residents with onsite amenities that would enable them to walk to establishments such as restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, private gardens, a town plaza, parks, and more. Robert Gagnard saw his dream come to reality when the 509-acre development took shape, and today residents enjoy a close community feeling with a real sense of space.
