For seven years, Sandra Gottlieb also worked for 20th Century Fox as a Director and Vice President of Business Affairs, primarily with the then-developing cable and VHS industry and then with product licensing. Sandra Gottlieb uses her transactional experience to benefit her community association clients. Active in the community association industry, Sandra Gottlieb received a Vision Award for Lifetime Achievement from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) in 2009.

David Swedelson showcases his considerable industry knowledge by writing and editing the firms HOA Law Blog (hoalawblog.com). The blog covers a variety of topics impacting California condominium and homeowners associations. Aside from practicing law, California native David Swedelson enjoys nonwork pursuits including traveling with his family.
