Toneata Martocchio

Toneata Martocchio’s drive to succeed intertwined with her relentless attitude, has gotten her to where she is today. Having graduated Summa Cum Laude from San Francisco State University while in her undergrad studies, as well as the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award and the Louis M. Wasserman Scholarship for best Political Science Paper, “Politics of Africa,” set the general pace for her life. After receiving her Juris Doctor from the prestigious Hastings College of law, Martocchio went on to pursue her career by working for Gasset, Perry & Frank as an associate attorney. After four years at this firm, Ms. Martocchio went on to open her own private practice. At her firm, she handled all legal matters that arose. Martocchio primarily worked with personal injury, real estate and business litigation cases. She also trained secretarial staff, prepared pleadings, made appearances and conducted arbitrations and several short trials. Ms. Martocchio secured countless favorable settlements and arbitration awards for plaintiffs. In 1991, Toneata Martocchio opened her own real estate investment company that primarily dealt with commercial and residential properties in the great Bay Area. Her company, Parkview Properties, lead her to a diverse field of researching, acquiring, rehabilitating, managing and selling all sorts of properties. Her range of tasks was anywhere from conducting marketing to overseeing construction to even managing all the properties until sold. Her entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to take risks, long hours and endless perseverance have deeply aided in all of the success that she has obtained thus far. She has now accumulated and maintained a multi-million dollar property inventory. Martocchio’s greatest accomplishment within this company has been the restoration of historic residential and commercial properties that she has essentially saved.
